Miami-based Haute Living magazine recently featured Turnberry Associates Chairman and CEO Jeff Soffer http://www.mirror.co.uk/3am/celebrity-news/elle-macpherson-marry-jeffrey-soffer-1762057 as its cover story. The piece detailed the real estate tycoon’s success, marriage to supermodel Elle Macpherson, and projects on the horizon.

According to the article, the project Soffer is most excited about is Turnberry Ocean Club, a 54- story uber-luxury high-rise condominium tower in Sunny Isles Beach. Designed by internationally renowned architect Carlos Zapata, the building will be one of the most amenity rich in the market. It will include a $100 million Sky Club with sunrise and sunset infinity pools, hydrotherapy spas, steam rooms, cabanas and an open-air gym situated 30 stories above the Atlantic Ocean. Residences range from 3,000 to 11,000 square feet and feature sweeping terraces, summer kitchens and the ultimate in finishes.

For the tower’s interiors, Soffer turned to long-time partner Robert Swedroe.

“This building is going to be one of the premier buildings [in Miami] in terms of details, amenities, and floor plans. A lot of people design buildings that look pretty on the outside, but the insides don’t work,” Soffer told Haute Living http://hauteliving.com/2015/02/jeff-soffer-takes-fontainebleau-skies-turnberry-road/550499/.

He also discussed the attributes he received from his father, Don Soffer, a legendary developer who created the City of Aventura by draining undeveloped swampland in the 1960s.
